The short version
Pet Routine Tracker does not collect any data. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
What the app stores
Your pets, their routines, and your history of completed and skipped routines are stored in a database on your iPhone and nowhere else.
What leaves your device
Nothing, unless you choose to send it.
The app makes no network requests. It has no server, no account system, no cloud sync, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. It works fully offline, including in aeroplane mode.
The only way data leaves your iPhone is if you tap Export backup in Settings. That creates a readable JSON file and hands it to the iOS share sheet, so where it goes is entirely your choice. The temporary copy the app creates is deleted shortly afterwards.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your iPhone. They are not sent from a server, and no reminder content is transmitted anywhere. Permission is only requested after you turn a reminder on, and the app remains fully usable if you decline.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Settings, then Delete all data, removes every pet, routine, history entry and pending reminder from the device. Deleting the app also deletes its data. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, deleted data cannot be recovered unless you exported a backup first.
Third parties
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software from anyone. No data is shared with, or sold to, any other company.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address and the date above will change.
